Do Affirmations work?

Yes and No.

Can they actually backfire?

Yes. Let me explain:

The two most powerful times to use a daily affirmation is when you first wake up before you get out of bed, and the last thought you have just before you go off to sleep. Those are the best times to program your subconscious mind. Certainly, the more times each day the better, but those two times pack the most impact.

Now, let’s say that your affirmation is “My body is completely healthy and lean” and it’s the first thing you say every morning and the last thing you think before you drift off to sleep each night.

Will these words make you healthy and lean?

NO.

Words have no power in the law of attraction. If you say that you are healthy and lean everyday it will have no attraction power by itself. None. Zip. Zero. You might as well say you are the king of Egypt for all it matters.

It is the feeling that activates the attraction. Feeling is the vibration that goes out from you into the universe and actively attracts to you. Hollow words with no feelings attached have no power whatsoever.

So to make an affirmation have any power at all, you have to have to FEEL that which you are saying. In the example above, many people who are overweight will affirm that they are thin, but inside they are FEELING even fatter as they say the affirmation because they know it is a lie. Day in and day out, the affirmation is resulting in the FEELING of being fat, so you are in essence attracting more of being fat, not being thin. Thus, the affirmation backfires completely.

The universe does not speak English, Spanish or any other spoken or written language. The universe runs completely on vibration. Vibrations in you are powered by feelings. So if you want to have or be something, you have to vibrate at that level. Words are completely unnecessary to the universe, but they can be helpful for you to get you into that state of vibration.

If you can feel thin, without any words at all, then consider that your daily affirmation. IF you need words to make you feel thin, then use the words, but remember it is the feeling that counts. Pay attention to what you are feeling when you say the affirmation.

Remember, all affirmations are to be said (and felt) in the present tense, never the future. For example you never affirm that you are GOING TO BE anything, because what you are putting out into the universe is a constant message of “going to be” , and not actually being or having that you desire. That is never a good place to be stuck.

If you want to be healthy, feel healthy now and be thankful now for your great health. If you want to have money, feel having money now and be thankful for the tons of money you currently have. Like attracts like. You don’t want to attract “Someday being rich” to yourself.

Gratitude is a powerful vibrational feeling, so it can be used to begin almost any affirmation.
Some great examples of affirmations are:

I am so grateful that:
Money comes to be easily and frequently
My life flows through grace and ease
I have the house of my dreams
That universe is supporting me in my every effort

Even more powerful than affirmations is the use of a Manifesting Card. A Manifesting Card combines the power of daily affirmations, with the power of a vision boards, visualization, power of positive thinking, and the gratitude method….

Imagine the power of all those tools rolled into one little card that you can easily put into your pocket… that is the power of a Manifesting Card.

Using the Manifesting Cards method will dramatically cut down the time it takes for your manifestations to come true.

Daily affirmations DO work, but they can take a LONG time before you see results. There are many different reasons for this, all of which I cover inside here.

So if you are like me, and you don’t like to wait for the things you want today, I suggest you use the Manifesting Cards method.

I am not a vegan… and not a vegetarian. I don’t have any strange eating habits except that I do like to eat foods that make me feel good and foods that give me abundant energy.

But I have been a milk drinking, cheese eating dairy lover since I was a small child. I grew up drinking milk every single day in my breakfast cereal and as a snack after school and the drink served with dinner.

A while ago I cut out most of my milk drinking and replaced it with Soy milk. Of course now I am told that soy milk MIGHT be bad… mostly it’s one famous doctor who says soy milk is bad, and even though I have not seen any concrete evidence, the anti-soymilk campaign moves onward. That’s okay, because Almond milk tastes great and so does Oat milk… but I’m sure someone is already writing me an email to tell me the evils of these milks also.

WARNING: Don’t try to detox on your own…

What I want to tell you is shocking…

I had no idea. Honestly. And I like to think that I am “in the know” about a lot of things.

Yes… I did know that dairy is loaded with fat and cholesterol. That is why I limited my intake of it, reasonably.

About a week ago my wife said she had been talking to a friend of her’s and that the two of them had decided to go a week off of dairy. They wanted to know if I would join them.

She had some printed pages that touted all the health benefits, but without a moments hesitation I agreed to join them.

I grabbed the best dairy free cookbook I could find (I love this book) and I was ready to begin. Of course I ate a good deal of dairy on the weekend leading up to the Monday we began the 7 days of no dairy.

I wondered how great would I feel after a week of no dairy? Or perhaps nothing would seem different and 8 days later I would be enjoying a piece of cheese.

Mmmmm Cheese….

BOY WAS I WRONG

Giving up dairy was about as hard as I expected for the first couple of days. By the end of day two I was feeling pretty ill, which is out of the norm for me. Honestly, ever since I flipped my life upside down with the law of attraction I have become a high energy and healthy kind of guy. The kind of guy who always feels great.

Day three, instead of rolling out of bed with enthusiasm and excitement for the day ahead, I woke up feeling more tired than I was when I went to bed.

In fact, I felt groggy and brain foggy all day.

I’ll skip the day-to-day play-by-play, and tell you that for seven days straight I have felt terrible, in different ways. I can’t concentrate… I am experiencing headaches, which is something I never have.

I don’t have the deep down energy, and I tire easily. My stomach is bloated and I am retaining water.

My skin has broken out in three different kinds of rashes in three different places on my body. In general I am itchy… and honestly I am cranky. Strange emotions are coming up… anxiety and anger, which I have not felt in many… many years.

I am even late on the 11 cent sale I promised all of you…. because of this brain fog and lack of energy.

Long story short, going off dairy cold turkey causes the body to go into a detox. When I search online I find claims that going off dairy for one week will cause an entire gallon of mucus to exit your body. Obviously, things are not always pretty.

Today it is 10 days later, and I don’t have any desire to go back. Food tastes great without dairy. It seems that at the 10 day mark, for me at least, the cravings have mostly subsided.

Now many of you know that I quit smoking cold turkey the day my son was born. I was in the room with my wife and waiting for our little baby boy to be born, and I really needed a cigarette. The moment he came out and I cut that cord, I KNEW RIGHT THEN I would never smoke again, because I wanted to be around to see my son grow up. Even though I was a bar tender back then, and I worked around smokers who all tried to taunt me into picking the habit back up (many smokers can’t stand ex-smokers among them) It is a promise that I have always kept. As a matter of fact, it was Aug 1st, 1999 when I stopped smoking… 9 years and 12 days and counting…

.

I CAN HONESTLY SAY…

QUITING DAIRY IS HARDER THAN QUITING CIGARETTES

Seriously….

My body never went through this kind of hell when I quit smoking. Sure, I have cravings… and it was difficult… but I didn’t get bad breath, skin rashes, headaches, lack of energy, bloating, water retention, and a host of other not-so-pleasant physical problems.

The only craving I have is for cheese. I LOVED CHEESE. Now I know why…

THIS IS GOING TO BLOW YOU AWAY

Cheese is actually physically addictive… no kidding. I must have missed the Surgeon Generals Warning label on the block of cheese.

YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT DRUG IS INSIDE CHEESE!!!

Check this out:

So here is an excerpt from an article in the Orlando Sentinel July 13 2003:

Of all the potentially addicting foods, cheese may be the most complex. In research studies using vegan and vegetarian diets to control cholesterol or reduce body weight, most participants soon forget the lure of ice cream, sour cream, and even burgers and chicken. But for many people, the taste for cheese lingers on and on. Yes, 70 percent of its calories may come from waist-augmenting fat, and, ounce for ounce, it may harbor more cholesterol than a steak. But that cheese habit is tough to break. Why is cheese so addicting? Certainly not because of its aroma, which is perilously close to old socks. The first hint of a biochemical explanation came in 1981, when scientists at Wellcome Research Laboratories in Research Triangle Park, N.C., found a substance in dairy products that looked remarkably like morphine. After a complex series of tests, they determined that, surprisingly enough, it actually was morphine. By a fluke of nature, the enzymes that produce opiates are not confined to poppies — they also hide inside cows’ livers. So traces of morphine can pass into the animal’s bloodstream and end up in milk and milk products. The amounts are far too small to explain cheese’s appeal. But nonetheless, the discovery led scientists on their search for opiate compounds in dairy products.

And they found them. Opiates hide inside casein, the main dairy protein. As casein molecules are digested, they break apart to release tiny opiate molecules, called casomorphins. One of these compounds has about one-tenth the opiate strength of morphine. The especially addicting power of cheese may be due to the fact that the process of cheese-making removes water, lactose and whey proteins so that casein is concentrated. Scientists are now trying to tease out whether these opiate molecules work strictly within the digestive tract or whether they pass into the bloodstream and reach the brain directly.

(some paragraphs about chocolate addiction snipped)

The cheese industry is miles ahead of them, having gone to great lengths to identify people who are most vulnerable to addiction. It dubs them “cheese cravers,” and tracks their age, educational level and other demographics so as to target them with marketing strategies that are tough to ignore. With a $200 million annual research and marketing budget, the dairy industry is not content to have you just sprinkling a little mozzarella on your salad. It is looking for those Americans who will eat it straight out of the package, whatever the cost to their waistlines or cholesterol levels.

At a “Cheese Forum” held Dec. 5, 2000, Dick Cooper, the vice president of Cheese Marketing for Dairy Management Inc., laid out the industry’s scheme for identifying potential addicts and keeping them hooked. In his slide presentation, which was released to our organization under the Freedom of Information Act, he asked the question, “What do we want our marketing program to do?” and then gave the answer: “Trigger the cheese craving.” He described how, in a partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the dairy industry launched Wendy’s Cheddar Lover’s Bacon Cheeseburger, which single-handedly pushed 2.25 million pounds of cheese during the promotion period. That works out to 380 tons of fat and 1.2 tons of pure cholesterol in the cheese alone. A similar promotion with Pizza Hut launched the “Ultimate Cheese Pizza,” which added an entire pound of cheese to a single pizza and sold five million pounds of it during a six-week promotion in 2000. The presentation concluded with a cartoon of a playground slide with a large spider web woven to trap children as they reached the bottom. The caption had one spider saying to another, “If we pull this off, we’ll eat like kings.”

I am sharing this with you because I care. I wish someone had told me how harsh detoxing could be.

I wish someone had told me how addictive Cheese can by. Or even mentioned the morphine compound found inside.

I’m the kind of guy who turns down pain pills, even after a surgery…

I never knew I was ingesting Morphine with my cheese and crackers.

So if you decide to clean your body up… and want to cleanse yourself without all the horrible side-effects that I have had… you really need to READ THIS NOW.

Overwhelmingly I support the Master Cleanse if you want to purify your body.

Me… I just made a split second decision to join my wife and her friend… I decided to make myself the subject of an experiment if you will…

For those of you wondering about my wife and her friend. YES… they had a rough ride also, including migraine headaches (much worse than mine), irritability, skin breakouts (body acne), and emotional instability (although don’t tell my wife I pointed that out… at least not until she is over the detoxing)

And that is what they cared to share… most people are not as forthcoming with their dirty details like I am. What can I say… I try to live my life like an open book… for all to see, observe and hopefully learn from my mistakes.

Oh yes… there has been a positive thing about this diary detox so far…. I have lost 5 pounds even though I feel like I am eating more than usual, and my wife has lost 4 pounds.. her friend didn’t offer up any weight related conversation.

SO… if you want to go off dairy please don’t let this scare you. Instead, just do it slowly. If I had known then what I know now, I would have simply cut my intake of dairy items down over a 2 – 3 week period and went off it slowly.

Knowing what I know now… I just can’t bring myself to ingest anything dairy.

Wishing you the best day,

(There is a Surprise for you at the end of this post)

I wanted to share some of the photos I snapped while on my family trip to Yellowstone National Park. They are all taken with my humble point and shoot Canon SD600. Those of you who know, that means this camera only has a 3x zoom, so everything I photograph has to be pretty close.

You may click on any image below to be taken to the larger version of the picture.

It’s an amazing feeling to see the wildlife living along side of humans like this. We saw deer, rabbits, and antelope relaxing inside residential areas. None of them showed any fear.

These buffalo have specific spots that they like to lay in. When you come across these little bare spots with no grass or plants… that’s a buffalo bed. Many of them like to make these beds right next to the road, although it would be unwise to leave your car and approach these magnificiant creates, because they have been known to attack people.

Yep, you can see bears from the road too!

This Grizzly Bear was pretty far up the hillside when we spotted him. As we watched him, more and more cars began to park around us and eventually the road became blocked as people left their cars in the middle of the road. Meanwhile this Grizzly Bear marched down the hill to see what all the comotion was about.

The offical rule of the park is to remain 25 yards away from wildlife… except for bears and wolves. Those you need to stay 100 yards away from, for safety.

These animals are wild. They live off the flesh of other animals.

We were able to see with the aide of binoculars, a bear taking down an injured buffalo. Minutes later four coyotes were able to drive away the bear and then they began eating the dead buffalo.

Rangers closed the street down when a small black bear was 20 yards near the road. No cars were allowed to travel on the road until the bear moved away. The rangers looked visually disturbed.

If the park Rangers had seen this….

I was amazed at how foolish these people were. One man even brought his small child along to see the grizzly bear. About 3 seconds after I took this picture (at my full 3x zoom) the bear stood up and made a scary noise that seemed to let the people know that they were in real danger. He didn’t seem to happy. He then continued to cross the road between cars and proceeded down the hill on the other side.

Lucky people.

Many people do not realize that Yellowstone sits atop one of the worlds largest super volcano. The caldera is 35 miles by 45 miles across. The park is full of boiling water, with colorful bacteria that thrives on the high temperatures. The smell of sulfur permeates the air in the entire southern half of the park.

Taking my five year old on these small wooden bridges without railing was a bit of a challenge at times.

One of my favorite pictures.

The hot steam hit us several times depending on the wind direction.

Another image that I am fond of.

Hot water is being pushed up from deep underground where it boils out over
this rock formation and joins with the fast moving stream.

Taken by my wife from the passenger seat of her Kia Rio.

The four of us made the entire trip from Washington State to Yellowstone’s north entrance in southern Montana in my wifes 2006 Kia Rio, and to be honest with you we had plenty of room.

I decided to run a test on our trip and see if I had in fact found a way to increase the gas mileage from an average of 29 MPG to 35 MPG. I knew it would be tough, because we had four people in the car, and the trunk was packed full with our luggage.

The results of my efforts will be shared here… <del> VERY SOON.</del> It’s Ready Now!

Oh my gosh there is so much going on here that I don’t know where to begin.

It’s been two weeks since my last post here. It’s amazing how fast time goes by.

I am back from my family vacation to Yellowstone National park. We had a blast! There was a lot more there to see than I had ever been told.

Best of all, I was testing a product that can save all of us hundreds of dollars each month and the results look great! I still have to crunch some more numbers, and I’m not a big fan of math… but I can already see how this is going to save me money.

The only question at this point is just how much money are we all going to save each month?

Even if you save just $100 a month, that’s better than getting a 60 cent raise at an hourly job, and with no additional taxes!

Don’t worry, I am more than happy to share my results with you.

Stay tuned.

A good friend of mine just sent me a link to this site: Run Your Car On Water

My initial response was skeptical. The idea of running a car on water seems pretty far fetched.

.
Naturally, I began to do some research and I found this video series:

.

.
Why have I never heard of this Stan Meyer before? In fact, when I type his name into Google I find 591,000 results.

If I were into conspiracy theories I would certainly have heard of Stan Meyer. His death has sparked conspiracy theories and heated debate all over the Internet. His life and untimely death echo that of the great Nikola Tesla.

Scientifically I was still not convinced…. then I came across this Fox News story about another inventor, Denny Cline.

Click here to view the embedded video.

This is a Fox News story about a man who invented a new gas which is created from water and electricity! He initially developed a torch for cutting metals, but then realized that he could convert his automobile to run on just ounces of water a day.

Denny Cline’s invention is a process for converting water into HHO gas using a form of electrolysis that he is patenting.

I do not doubt this this is possible…but I still have to wonder how much electricity is needed in order to convert the water into fuel. That seems to be the sticking point at least from my point of view.

If you have Run Your Car On Water please leave me a comment on this message thread. This site automatically emails me when someone leaves a comment. I am very interested to hear stories from people who have used this kit successfully.

Wouldn’t that change the world?

Imagine how good it would feel to Run Your Car On Water.

Shocking Weight Loss Secret

WARNING: The language in this post contains profanity. This is an actual conversion between two men and I didn’t want to censor it. I have captured it to the best of my ability exactly the way it happened.

There were two men on either side of a gas pump, each filling their tank up with the cheapest gas available.

Mike was on pump 3, which was closest to the mini mart… he was filling up his Ford Explorer. Mike was a tall muscular man with short blond hair protruding from underneath his green John Deer baseball cap.

Gary was using pump 1 directly across from Mike. He was driving a Honda Civic Hybrid. Gary had long flowing brown hair and a body that looked chronically underfed.

This is the conversation that took place between these two men. It was in Wenatchee Washington… but it could have taken place in any town or any city across northern America.

“Nice bumper sticker… ” Mike said following himself up with a mumbled word that ended in “ssy”

(There was a peace sign in the rear window of the Civic, but no stickers on the actual bumper)

“You mean the peace sign?” asked Gary.

“Yeah, I mean the pussy peace sign” said Mike.

“What is wrong with peace?” asked Gary.

“I know your type. Your one of those fucking tree huggers that cost me my job at the lumber mill!” exclaimed Mike.

“I know your type also. You shoot first and ask questions later. Perhaps you can.. ” Gary was interrupted before he could finish what he was saying.

“Look at you with all that hair. You look like a sissy girl. I have a hunting knife in my truck…. could take care of that right now,” said Mike.

“I see you are a Christian by your bumper stickers” said Gary. He was now hanging up the nozzle to the gas pump.

(Side note…. the bumper stickers on Mike’s truck read: “Kill ‘em all and let God sort them out” “God is a conservative” “P.E.T.A. People eating tasty animals”.. and a forth one that said “US Marine Corp” but I couldn’t make out all the small words that were underneath it”)

“Damn right I am in. I know where I am going when I die and I have a pretty good idea where you are going too… you and all that long pretty hair,” laughed Mike.

“Jesus Christ had long hair too.” said Gary.

There was a long silence here. Gary was taking his receipt from the gas pump.

“You would have called Jesus a pussy and a tree hugger if you had met him. He would have loved you anyway,” said Gary as he opened the door to his car.

At this point Mike walked over past the gas pump and went up to Gary’s car. He looked really pissed.

“You listen to me you little shit. I served this country and fought in Vietnam. You owe me. People like me are the only reason people like you are even alive. ” Mike was now yelling in Gary’s face. His face was red and spit was coming out of his mouth and landing on Gary as he he yelled. I noticed that the woman inside the gas station was watching now and I saw her pick up the phone. Perhaps it was to call the police.

“When terrorist’s attack us see if your peace sign will save you then. When the bombs start dropping what are you going to do little man!” exclaimed Mike. “You are the problem. People like you make this country weak. ”

Gary was now standing next to his car with the driver’s door open. Mike had him cornered between the door and the body of the car. Gary had the look of a guy who was going to vomit.

“I’m not the problem…” Gary said shaking.

“You sure as hell are the problem” said Mike.

“It’s violent people like you that are the problem” said Gary. He sat down into his car but was unable to close the door to the car because Mike was standing between the open door and the car.

It was right then that a police car pulled into the gas station. That ended the argument before it could escalate further. The officer spoke with both men separately and he asked me what I saw, which is how I learned their names. No one was charged with anything and as far as I know everyone went their separate ways.

I am not going to take a side and say which one is right and which one is wrong, because that is a matter of opinion.

I would like to leave you with one simple question.

Would the world be a better place if it were full of people like Mike….

Or would it be a better place if it were full of people like Gary?

Be the change you want to see in the world.

Life is a wonderful adventure and I for one am not ready to step off this planet any time soon. In fact, I see no reason why you and I can not live to see our 100th birthdays.

Join me in me quest to become a Centenarian!

A centenarian is a person who has attained the age of 100 years or more. Much rarer still are supercentenarian’s, who are people who live past the age of 110.

I came across this article on the BBC news site. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/7250675.stm

There are a lot of good tips in that article. The key point here is that we don’t have to invent a magic pill to make this happen; we simply need to do what other people in older-living regions are doing.

If you desire to live beyond your 100th birthday, you can make it happen.

Discover The 5 Tibetan Rites!

These rites are the secret to actor Martin Sheen’s youthful appearance. Martin Sheen uses these ancient Tibetan Rituals to maintain his youthful looks!

The Tibetan Rites are a series of short daily exercises that are said to have been used in a monastery hidden deep in the Himalayan Mountains.

It only takes ten minutes a day to perform the exercises. There are 5 different routines and each one takes about 2 minutes.

When you begin using The Five Rituals , you will not actually do very many of each one. This will give your body a chance to acclimate to the energy and new things you are doing to it. After a few weeks you will notice positive changes in your body.

I feel stronger and more virile. I swear that I actually am looking younger in my face, but I don’t spend a lot of time studying my face, so I can not say for certain. Several people have told me that I have some sort of “glow about me”.

If it works for Martin Sheen and it and works for me, it should work for you too!

Check It Out Here – You can look and feel younger in just a few weeks.

I was at the movies on Saturday when I had a profound experience. The feelings were so strong and moving I don’t know how to convey them with mere words, but I will try. I want to share this with you.

I was watching the movie and the main actor was in a struggle. It was an emotional scene. A scene filled with drama and I was feeling tense for the actor. Suddenly I became aware of the fact that I was tense despite the fact that *I* was perfectly safe. I was feeling the actor’s pain and going through the drama that he was portraying up on the big screen. Somehow I had lost awareness of who I really was. I was drawn into a pretend world and was experiencing fear when in reality I was perfectly safe. I knew I could not be harmed by the movie, yet I had forgotten that somehow.

My perspective shifted and I could see myself watching the drama on the screen. I could see the drama and observe the struggle of the actor without feeling the drama myself. It was a dramatic shift, but it certainly didn’t end there.
I then realized that the actor also knew that he was pretending and that he was perfectly safe. In order for him to act out his part, however, he had to actually allow himself to feel the drama. He had become lost in the role himself and was feeling and experiencing the drama of something that was not real.

My consciousness then shifted back even further and I could see who I really am… a spiritual being… who was always perfectly safe. Deep down I had always known this. I had been drawn into the illusion we call life in much the same way the actor had been drawn into the movie. I was relating more with the actor, my physical body, rather than the eternal spiritual self that I really am.

In that moment I knew myself. I truly knew the entirety of me. (I am getting goosebumps right now as I type this!).

My perspective shifted back even further and I could see my body in the theatre watching the movie. My body was just an actor in a movie and I knew that I was not my body. I had allowed myself to believe that I was the body for so long that I had forgotten who I really was. I felt all the drama of the body and I believed it was real. I believed I was not safe.

Time slowed down. I was truly in the moment. I felt at one with everyone in the theater. I was at one with everything. I could feel everything that was going on simultaneously. A girl talking on a cell phone, a couple cuddling, a woman fixing her earring, a man who was gripping the arms of his seat. I felt them all not as if they were separate from me, but as if I were all of them. My perspective was not through my eyes or ears… it was as if I was everything in the movie.

And in the midst of this terribly sad scene on the movie….. a scene where a tear fell down the actors cheek….
… I burst into laughter.

The idea that I had believed that I was nothing more than a body, and all the levels of deception it took to make me believe this experience was real….. That was truly funny to me.

My higher-self or soul, or spiritual body, or whatever you want to call it… It was having a grand old laugh at what a great game it is that it is playing. A truly great game.

It was an amazing moment in my life. I left that movie a different person. I am so grateful for this path that I am on. I am so grateful for that wonderful experience.

WOW. That’s all I can say. WOW.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am back and I will resume my posting here on JohnDerrick.com<o></o>

The big project that I was busy with is now complete. I am very proud to be a part of it. It is, in my opinion, the greatest course on the Law of Attraction available today.<o></o>

<o></o>

The Law of Attraction <o></o>

This course will hold your hand step by step and teach you the law of attraction. It shares with you the secrets that have been with withheld from the mainstream. There is a reason that the teachers on the Secret were edited from revealing the truth to you, and that is all covered on this new site. I truly believe you are in for a surprise.

It answers questions like: Why do affirmations work for some people but not for others? Why can people manifest some things quickly and others take a long time? Why can you attract small amounts of money but not large amounts of money? How can I make negative thoughts actually work for me instead of against me? How can I triple the speed of manifesting? What exactly should I be doing right now?

What if you could take the power of daily affirmations, positive thinking, manifesting method, Vision and Dream boards and gratitude and combine them all together in one tool? That is exactly what I did, and I will explain it to you in detail at YourSecretCourse.com

Thought alone is not enough. Some action must occur, despite what the guru’s are peddling these days. You have to open the doors of opportunity to allow the universe to deliver. Otherwise what is the point of a physical existence? Why not remain a spiritual being alone if you were not meant to move about in this physical world?<o></o>

Because you are a physical being, with physical needs, you are likely to desire more money. That is why we have combined YourSecretCourse.com with YourWealthCourse.com <o></o>

Online Income & Wealth <o></o>

Learn how to make money off the internet, like me.<o></o>

Most of you already know that I have been making a living off the internet since 1999. Yes, I have been free from the chains of a job for nearly 9 years as this article. I know that many of you if not most of you desire that kind of freedom. I have had hundreds of people ask me how do I do it?<o></o>

Now I share it all with you and teach you how to make money on the internet. Obviously I am living and breathing proof that this works, since I have been doing it since Dec 1999. But don’t take my word for it; I have teamed up with over 100 people in order to bring you this course.<o></o>

There are over 75 books included in this course. Each one of them offers up dozens of methods used by real people who have been making a living off the internet for years. The beauty here is that you learn all the known methods for making money online. Not just one method.<o></o>

Many companies say “just duplicate me and you will be rich” and we all know that this doesn’t work. What makes this course different is that you will learn what all those companies are doing that makes them money, not just what they tell other people to do.<o></o>

Yes, we reveal the man behind the curtain and yes you should pay attention. Experts rarely give away their secrets, especially when these secrets are raking in millions of dollars.<o></o>

Enough said, go check them out for yourself. When you buy one, you get them both.<o></o>

www.YourSecretCourse.com and www.YourWealthCourse.com<o></o>

MY SPECIAL OFFER<o></o>

To the first 25 people who comment on this post, I will give you $100 off the price. This is the only place on the entire world wide web that you can get $100 discount to an already low priced item.<o></o>

Happy Holidays fellow readers. I have been away for awhile, working on a secret project, but I am finally back to my home away from home, AKA this blog.<o></o>

Today I just wanted to share a little story of something that happened to me.<o></o>

In the last week or so we have received about 6 inches of snow over several days. There was so much snow on Sunday that I was outside shoveling for an hour and a half. I would shovel the steps and walk way only to find that the driveway had accumulated 1-2 inches in the process. When I would get done with the drive way I would find the steps and walkway covered once again. It was almost comical.<o></o>

Being aware that my thoughts create my reality, and choosing to try to find bliss in every moment, I looked on this event positively.

There I was just days before, wondering what I was going to do for exercise now that it was too cold to ride my bike or go for hikes in the mountains. So I looked at this as an answer to my desire to find exercise in the cold winter months.<o></o>

The next day I woke up to find that the snow plow had came by and plowed the road, leaving a foot and a half mound of snow in front of my driveway. I got dressed and went out there, shovel in hand to get my lovely wife out of the driveway. The street was full of people that morning who were shoveling out their driveways.<o></o>

I decided to make a clear path to my mailbox also, so that the post man would have clear access to it. I noticed that I was the only person who bothered to make an effort so that the post man would have no problems reaching the mailbox. It’s no surprise though, since everyone else was in a hurry to get to their jobs and I am the only one I know of on my street who works at home.

Because I work at home the mailbox is where I get my checks. I suppose if other people found more money than they did bills in their mailbox, they too would want to have a clear path for that post man to drive up.<o></o>

It was still snowing, and by the time the post man did come that day, the snow plow had gone by again and left a large mound of snow in front of my mailbox. When I saw the post man pull up, out of my office window, I noticed that he had to lean far out his window in order to put my mail in.<o></o>

I strolled down to get my mail and inside I found a note that gave me a stern warning to make sure that the street is clear of snow and ice or the mail would not be delivered. The warning even came with a picture on it showing me how to make a horseshoe shaped path to and from my mailbox.<o></o>

When I showed this note or spoke about it to others, everyone responded the same. They would say how ridiculous it was for the post office to act that way. Whatever happened to the idea that nothing will stop the mail! I should write a nasty letter to the post office, or leave it in my mailbox, or complain to the city or chew out the snow plow guy. One person even suggested I threaten to sue because my income is that mailbox.<o></o>

I took a different approach entirely. Today, after I drove my kids to school, I again shoveled out a nice horseshoe path in front of my mailbox. I made sure the postman had easy access to my mailbox. I printed out a note on my computer, in giant letters that simply said:<o></o>

THANK YOU FOR MAKING SURE THE MAIL ALWAYS GETS DELIVERED<o></o>

I KNOW THINGS MUST BE HARD FOR YOU<o></o>

WE APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORT<o></o>

I put some cookies into a Ziploc bag and put them in the mailbox along with the note.<o></o>

Later on in the day I noticed the mail truck parked at my mailbox, but no one was inside. Then I heard a knock at my door and found the mail man, whom I’ve never formally met, on my steps with a box in his arms. He had a smile nearly ear from ear and was whistling a ton. He simply said “Here you go” and handed me the box. I thanked him and he told me to have a great day.<o></o>

I should point out, that around here boxes are always either hung from your mailbox in a clear bag, or put on top or beside your mailbox. No mailman has ever brought a box up to my door.<o></o>

What I did was really very simple. I put my attention on what I wanted, and not on what I didn’t want. Everyone else suggested on giving more power and more thought to what I didn’t want. What would have happened? I would have attracted and created more of that in my life. I probably would have made someone else angry, and we all know that angry people tend to defend their actions, which would have caused more negativity. <o></o>

By putting my attention on what I wanted, which was for my mail to always be delivered, I have insured that it will be. I also made someone feel good in the process. Instead of making him angry, I made him happy. <o></o>

The old saying “You get more flies with honey than with vinegar” holds true, but since I don’t want any flies I have never actually tried putting honey out <o></o>

Always put your attention on what you desire… oh, and being nice to others never hurts either. <o></o>

<o></o>

So, that is my cute story, hope you enjoyed it.<o></o>

<o></o>

John<o></o>

In this documentary you see Morgan go from fit to fat in less than a week. Spurlock grows fat, his cholesterol shoots up, his organs take a beating, and he develops headaches, mood swings, symptoms of addiction, and even lessened sexual energy.

This movie really shows that you are what you eat, and if you eat crap like the fast food McDonald’s is peddling, you will become ill pretty quickly.

If you don’t own Super Size me, BUY IT NOW and if you have kids, have them watch this movie. My kids never beg for McDonald’s anymore. In fact, my seven year old likes to refer to them as we drive by as Mc Crapolds and I let him because I feel his term is too accurate for correction.

In this new movie, called Raw for 30 days, six ordinary people, who up until now have been eating the Standard American Diet (also known as SAD), are put on a healthy raw foods diet. The results are amazing… I’ll let the video clip do the rest of the talking. I can’t wait to own this movie!!

The Doctors, and let’s be honest, the pharmaceutical companies that make millions of dollars a month selling us pills, would like us to believe that there is no cure for diabetes. This just isn’t true. The body can heal itself, with proper nutrition and… of course…. intention. Never forget intention!

This Friday’s Home Business Article Is To Protect You From Scams Online.

“I am going to report you to the Better Business Bureau ,” is almost a cliche for a customer who feels he or she has just been taken advantage of by a company.

I have found, however, that behind the illusion of protection, the BBB has a dirty little secret. Okay, it’s not so little, it’s a giant secret, but it is pretty dirty.

I reported a company who owed me a lot of money for online advertising. I had ran their ads for their product, which I believed in, and had recommended thousands of people to them. When it came time to pay me for recommending their product, and giving them hundreds of sales, the check never came.

They offered a never ending story of excuses, including one that the check was in the mail and that it took two months for them to get it back and that they were sending a new one. No payment to me was ever made.

So after several months of dealing with this company, I filed a claim with the BBB.

I received an email from the BBB that the company had disputed my claim and that if I wished I could submit a rebuttal. Otherwise the case was resolved in the BBB eyes.

What? It turns out, that any company that simply makes a rebuttal to a claim will automatically find the claim dismissed, unless the filer of the claim takes it further. I found that a bit ridiculous, but no where near as ridiculous as what happened next.

So I did indeed file a rebuttal because the company was not telling the truth in their response to my claim. They simply made up a story about trying to pay me and being unable to. Hello, I am still here, at the same house I bought 5 years ago. Funny how all my other mail manages to find me!

The response I got from the BBB floored me. They stated that they were sorry but the company had stood by their rebuttal. The BBB also stated that they could not force this or any company to resolve a dispute, but only worked to try and get a resolution that could be agreed upon by all.

So in essence here, the BBB is absolutely worthless to anyone who is dealing with a company who is dishonest. Period. End of story.

But if the company refused to work with the consumer, then there was nothing further that could be done. The BBB said that they would create a file for this company and include the complaint.

The funniest part about all of this, is that who exactly is going to see this file that the BBB keeps on them? Only other people who find themselves being scammed by the same company. I guess this is nice for them, so that they will not feel alone.

Worse yet, after a company scams enough people, they can simply change their DBA (doing business as) name, and then they have a clean file. They don’t even have to change their bank account information or order new checks, they simply fill out a form and have a new DBA name.

Why utilize the BBB if they can do nothing but contact the company and make them aware of your complaint? I think I did a good enough job at that myself. Considering that I had to provide the companies address and/or phone number in order to file the claim, it would seem obvious that I already know how to contact them. So what purpose does the BBB serve?

So whatever you do, do not think a clean report at the BBB means anything and know upfront that if you have a problem, the BBB is absolutely powerless to help you.

The best advise I can give you is to research any company you intend to deal with online. Make sure they have a long track record and a clean track record. If you can’t find anything out about the company, don’t deal with them.

HONEST WORK FROM HOME PROGRAM

The company that ripped me off has changed their name three times, as far as I can track, the actual number could be much, much higher.
