HI JOHN: well I purchased the videos. and I am watching them. It is such a nice background sounds and love the pictures.. nice lake boats and pics of money in various settings. I enjoy watching and listening and waiting to see what happens,, yes I feel better as well.. more relaxed and just waiting for the increase in the good things that will be coming into my life. money is good , happiness is good. health is good. Thank you for your reply and the merging of the tickets. I did all that you advised but still couldn’t open them. However I would like everyone who reads this to know that you are accommodating the perfect solution, and for that I cannot thank you enough. (This has been arranged thru the ticket system.)

Hello Julia,

I have responded to your tickets. When I do so, the system sends you an email with my response. I am assuming you didn’t get the emails telling you that I responded, so instead of opening a new ticket, you simply need to log back into the existing ticket so that you can read the response.

For your convenience I have merged all three of your tickets into one ticket (along with my responses) so all you have to do is check ticket 66A52F

To watch the videos is pretty straight forward. You simply download the format that you like, and then open the video into the player of your choice.

Simple extract the zip files and then play the movie in your player.

I gave detailed instructions of several ways you can do this in my reply to your support tickets.

Hi John, I have been awaiting your response to 3 tickets : E21F17, 66A52F, B2ADA3, regarding my purchase of the full set of sub videos on5th Oct. John PLEASE read them and respond! I am unable to watch them. Have asked others who really understand these downloads and they cannot access them either.
I have asked for them to sent to me in DVD form so that I can finally watch them. No response from you!
John, please read the 3 tickets. I have raised each one as I didn’t get the responses from the others. Not sure what else I can do? I have purchased them but they are not fit for the use advertized. Pleases help!!

Hello Julie,

You should get the email with the download link immediately after verifying your email address.

Did you look in your junk or bulk folder? It is possible that your mail program is falsely identifying the email with the link to the free subliminal video as a spam email.

Take a look in your bulk folder and check your spam filter… be sure to whitelist my email address to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

If you don’t find the email open a support ticket here:
