The list of benefits that have been associated with meditation is a mile long. And yet most of us don’t have the time to sit and quiet our minds for hours on end everyday…. so we miss out on all of those benefits.
That’s where the Brain Evolution System comes in.
The Brain Evolution System – or BrainEv, for short – uses something known as “brainwave entrainment” to help you skip years ahead and allow you to get the deepest benefits of meditation today. Even if it’s your first time meditating ever!
It uses specially manipulated sounds to help influence brainwaves, putting your mind into a deep state of meditation within minutes of listening. Yes, you can meditate like a Zen-monk without years of practice!

Sounds impressive… But does the Brain Evolution System really live up to its claims?
Well, to put it to the test – I tried using this for two whole months!
I have to admit, I didn’t follow the directions. I didn’t stay on Level I for as long as I was supposed to. In fact, I think I began using CD 2 (which is Level 2: Lucid Echoes) by the 4th day.
I wanted to move through the course quickly so I could give an honest review of this product in a timely manner and…
well… I figured that I could advance quicker since I already have experience in meditating.
The official recommendation is to listen to each 30-minute level once per day, six days a week, for a whole month. Then you move onto the next level – finishing all six levels within six months.
I finished four levels in 2 months. – I found each level to be better than the one before it, and found each higher level allowed me a deeper meditation.
After listening I did felt more relaxed. My head was less “foggy” – and I enjoyed an increase in focus and clarity.
Even on Disc 1 I found it easy to allow my worries to float away.
It was on week 5 that I felt a large shift occur. I noticed that I was sleeping less (about 6 hours a night) and that I was unusually calm no matter what was going on around me.
I felt lighter… almost like an invisible burden had been lifted from me.
I was using Disc 3 when I hit a complete moment of stillness. A moment when time appeared to stop and everything turned white. It was an amazing moment. I almost wrote about it on that day, but I knew I would be asked what it was that I was using and I was not allowed to share Brain Ev with everyone yet.
During these two months my blood pressure went down 5 points… which is something I was told may happen (a good thing to be sure), but since I had changed foods in my diet during this time, I can not be certain that this was due solely to Brain EV.
So, does the Brain Evolution System work?
Without a doubt I believe it does!
During my two-month trial, even though I didn’t follow the directions, I noted some pretty dramatic changes.

Am I going to continue using BrainEV?
You betcha! I am going to use this right through to level 6.
From now on I will follow the 1 month per CD guideline.
I had some pretty amazing results with this program WITHOUT using the “Acuity” supplement. I have to wonder how much more I would have benefited if I had been using it.

The Audio Now!
I think a product like this is a definite must to have for people who live a fast paced and stressful lifestyle. Being an artist, I’ve been looking into it to hopefully enhance my creative abilities. I recently tried a product called EquiSync and since I have seen no mention of it on any of the posts here I imagine it’s not WORTH mentioning but I’ll attest that the CD’s that I received were faulty in their aural content. None of the 3 CD’s contained a balanced set of dual “tones” that were supposedly the working elements to get you into a state of “frequency following response” as they called it. Add to that the nightmare of trying to get a lucid response from them to request a refund which only came after 3 weeks of having to listen to generic training manual advice informing me that I just wasn’t using the product properly which was so not true. I’m going to give this product, Brainev, a try and hope that it works better. If it works for me at all it will be an improvement over what I’ve tried in the past. I’ll let you know in about 21 days!

I am very much interested into buying into this product. However, I am currently using the InnerTalk CD’s. Are these 2 totally different products in the way that they work the brain and is it safe to use them side by side?

When you have put the full 6 months in,using 1 cd 1 month what happens at that point?? Is it over or can you go right back to the beginning and start over OR is there a higher level yet ?? Just want to know what happens after all the cd’s are listened to .I am a progessional gambler ever on the look out for aditional mental performance.Please respond
I am on month 6 and have followed the plan as they say, although I didn’t use the supplements. They seemed a bit pricey, but I take Ginko anyway. I also used Holosync several years ago, but they were boring after awhile and expensive for the long haul.
Brainev is definitely more enjoyable and I have experiences, where I can totally stop thinking for long periods, like today at lunch. I have a hectic job and usually go off by myself. I sat and just deeply relaxed like never before possible. This is without the sessions, just sitting! It’s good. After 6 months you just go back and use them in any way you want, mix them up. Great product.
I am interested in trying BrainEv but am reluctant since they do not have a direct contact via phone. I e-mailed them several times but I’ve only been getting promotional e-mails in response. hey! you guys are all foolish to buy this stuff. I remember back in the day when Rock & Roll influenced the brian, I also remember when that cat Elvis Presley influenced every chick on the planet. If you truly want to give your brain a kick then find yourself some old Elvis Music And I’m sure you will have all the brain stimulation you hope for And so much more.

Forget everything else.
BrainEV has changed my life for the better more than every book I have ever bought or borrowed, every seminar I have spent thousands of dollars on attending and every product I have gotten over the years, including self help products that costs me hundreds and even thousands of dollars.
My only regret was that I didn’t know about BrainEv sooner.

Been using the brain evolution system that I found here for 2 months now and my God how things have changed.

I can handle stress so much better.
Has anyone noticed a sound skip on the first brainev mp3: Transcendance level 1. There seems to be some kind of sound or tone change that is a bit annoying, or is it my imagination thats playing tricks on me. It is noticable enough to wake me from my relaxation. It seems to happen about twenty miuets into the mp3 recording.
