Last night I attended my son’s graduation.

I couldn’t be more proud of you Nathan.

As a member of the running start program, Nathan has been taking college classes for the last two years. The credits from those classes counted towards both his high school requirements as well as college credits. So Nathan, at 18 years of age, is graduating from High School with a 2 year Associates degree.

Next fall, Nathan will be a Junior in Evergreen State College where he will be working on a double major in creative writing and film studies.
