Where did that unwanted thought come from?

I have to admit, I have gotten better over the years.  I have.  But it still happens sometimes.

I sit down in the morning, clear my mind and begin to manifest my reality.  I make my day in my mind how I want to see it.  I focus on attracting to me what I want to attract by thinking it and feeling it, when all of a sudden an unwanted  thought pops into my mind.

Cancer.

Yes, the word cancer just pops into my head.  WOW.  That is big and certainly unwanted! Immediately I can feel a change inside me.  Some call it a vibration, but I prefer to think of it as energy and my energy has a dark streak in now, all caused by an unwanted thought.

There’s a good reason that Cancer may be on my mind.  My mother-in-law died from it last month.  I cared for my mother-in-law very much.  In fact, I loved her.  It was a terribly sad thing to witness and made a huge impact on me and my family.

But when I take myself into that meditative trance-like state (which I will show you to do in an upcoming writing, it is VERY powerful stuff) I can’t afford to be thinking and feeling negative thoughts.  IF unwanted thoughts pop into my head I will energetically (or vibrationally if you prefer) react to them, and then I will be attracting what I don’t want.

That word is a loaded word and full of lots of energy and I certainly don’t want to attract it into my life, so I need to avoid thinking about it.

It doesn’t do ANY GOOD to tell yourself “stop thinking about an unwanted thought. Seriously.    If I tell you NOT to think about a white bear, the first thing you are going to do is to think about a white bear.

I am one of the lucky ones, because unwanted thoughts only enter my mind once and while.  Some people have unwanted thoughts pop into their head all the time and my heart goes out to them.

That’s no way to live!

So I set out to find a way to “delete thoughts” from my mind.  If I could just delete them, then they would not pop into my head.  I don’t want to think about bad things happening to me or to my loved ones.

Now that I understand the Law of Attraction, I REALLY don’t want negative or scary unwanted thoughts at all, because I know that they can bring bad things into my reality.

I did a lot of searching, and trying some things that didn’t work at all (like a video on youtube that made things actually worse and increased the negative thoughts that popped into my head.)

Finally, I found a technique to Stop Unwanted Thoughts

This technique is used to stop people who have serious anxiety disorders who can’t stop thinking scary unwanted thoughts so I was not sure if it would work for me since I only suffer from this on occasion.

It’s only been a week, but it has already worked like a charm.

I can’t say that I have 100% control over my mind, but it is pretty darn close.

When an unwanted thought pops into my head, instead of it hanging around and getting stronger the more I want it to leave, I can now make is simply disappear using this technique.

I thought I should share this with everyone who is interested in stopping unwanted thoughts.

If you have unwanted thoughts that enter your mind this may be of interest to you too.
