Thank you for this gift. I love the adventures you had that led to your writing it but I feel I have to comment on your conclusions. When I have completed a task, big or small, I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment and I often sit for a few minutes and look at what I have done and reflect on it. (I have recently got out of the habit of this and writing this is a timely reminder to get back into that habit so thanks.) I then find myself looking forward, often with delicious anticipation, for what comes next even if I don’t know what that is.
This is being written christmas eve so it comes with hope that you and your family and your entire neighbourhood all have a great christmas.
PS. We have serious snow here in the UK too.
