“I will believe that when I see it.”

Everyone has heard this  quote before.  This is something I heard a lot growing up from my cynical parents.   “A politician that tells the truth, I’ll believe that when I see it.”  or “Easy money?  I’ll believe that when I see it”   or  “A diet that actually works?  I’ll believe that when I see it.”

Only now, in my forties, do I realize the flaw in that saying.  The flaw of course is that they have it backwards.  If only my parents had believed first, then they would have seen.

The law of attraction works based on belief.  If you whole heatedly believe in something, it will show up in your reality.

So please don’t spend your life waiting to see something before you believe it.  Instead, choose to believe in something you really want to see, and then be amazed as it pops into being right before your very eyes.
