If you have recently watched “The Secret“, or read Esther Hicks great book: “Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires“, then you may be brand new to the idea that your internal world (thoughts and feelings) are creating your external word.
Many of the people I have introduced to this concept find themselves in a struggle to gain control of their thoughts. They feel scared every-time they have a negative thought. Often times they mentally yell out “NO” to the negative thoughts and try to force them out their skull.
First of all, the Law of Attraction is nothing new. The same process has been shaping your life since you were born, so relax and don’t stress about this. Secondly, positive thoughts have more power than negative thoughts. This has been proven time and time again. Thirdly, strong emotion makes any thought a dozen times stronger, so never scream “NO!” to something, because you are only putting more power into it. Everyone has negative thoughts. Everyone! Take a deep breath and relax.
When a negative thought comes into your mind, simply observe it and let it go. There is no need to respond to it in any way. Instead, focus on your positive thoughts and give them more power. Add emotion to your positive thoughts and really feel them. When you talk to others, do not talk about negative things, instead be a positive person and only speak on positive things.
Think positive and you will live a longer and happier life. Even the skeptics can’t argue with the findings presented by the Mayo clinic. According to their study, optimistic people live longer and healthier lives. I’m sure if they had requested wealth data they would have also found that optimistic people are also more wealthy than pessimistic people. How many pessimistic self-made millionaires do you know?
Here are some books that I recommend that can provide you with additional tools to create a mind full of positive thoughts.
I just found out about this new DVD:
